Here are the three ways you can donate meals this summer:
- Cook a meal for the campers and/or staff.
- Order food to 120 Shawmut Ave, Boston, MA 02118.
- Donate financially to the team.

How do I get my meal donation to the staff and/or campers?
1. If you are cooking a meal, we prefer for you to prepare it from home and transport it to 120 Shawmut, at least 15 minutes before meal time. If you would like to request to use the 120 kitchen, please contact Elysia. For camper lunches, you are welcome to drop it off earlier in the morning.
2. If you are donating financially, please follow the instructions on the sign up form.
3. If you are ordering from a restaurant, please deliver the food yourself or arrange for delivery to 120 Shawmut Ave, Boston, MA 02118.
What time do meals need to be ready by?
Please see the time on the slot you are signing up for.
How many people should the meal serve?
When picking a date for each meal, the number of people participating in the meal is next to the date.
Are there any food allergies or restrictions I need to be aware of?
For camper lunches, please avoid and/or provide the alternatives for these individuals:
- Peanuts (2)
- Soy protein, legume, nuts (1)
- Sesame seeds (1)
- Cashew, pistachio (1)
- Apple, peaches (1)
- Apple, pineapple, pear (1)
- Kiwi (2)
- Banana, pineapple, shrimp (1)
For staff training lunches and Thursday dinners, please avoid:
- Apple, pineapple, pear, kiwi
- Soy protein, legume, nuts
For weekday dinners for the residential staff, there are no food allergies.
I would like to cook for a camper lunch slot, but I cannot afford the full cost. Can I get reimbursed?
Generally, we ask that those providing meals would consider this as a donation to the ministry. However, considering how many camper lunches are needed, these lunches prepared in the 120 Shawmut kitchen can be reimbursed provided that the budget is reasonable. To expedite reimbursements, please reach out to Elysia for further instructions.
Can I join the team for the meal?
We would love and encourage you to join the staff team for dinners. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like to join, and Elysia will get in touch with you with further details!
